WNC Freedom Coalition and Dropping the Stones are initiatives of Life 107, a non-profit of Western North Carolina. Life 107 exists to eliminate sex trafficking and empower those affected by the sex trade industry to live free, abundant lives.
We work through three channels of service — prevention, empowerment, and provisions to create communities protected against exploitation and provide outlets of successful recovery for anyone impacted by the sex trade industry. We recognize prostituted and sex-trafficked persons as well as those exposed to pornography are victims of the sex trade industry. We believe wholeness is made possible through healing of the mind, body, and spirit and that ultimate redemption occurs through faith in the God who gifted each person a divine sexuality. We are defenders of sexuality and believe that men/women, girls/boys exposed to explicit content (porn) are victims of an industry that intends to steal, kill, and destroy the divine gift of sexuality given to all. We accept all people regardless of sex, race, struggles, situations, or sexual orientation.
