  • Address 204 Haywood Street Asheville ,North Carolina 28801 North Carolina United States
  • Categories: Shelter
The Salvation Army functions to shelter those in need, identify the causes of homelessness, and work to alleviate/eliminate homelessness at its source. Salvation Army's Project FIGHT provides shelter, intervention, and case management for victims/survivors of sex trafficking and labor trafficking.

The Salvation Army’s Center of Hope is open every day – and night – of the year. In addition to supplying shelter from the elements, beds, food, and basic hygiene resources to those in need, we help combat long-term homelessness in America by serving homeless adults, veterans, and children with holistic physical, emotional, and spiritual support. For those facing extreme heat, unbearable cold, wet weather, or other dangerous elements on the street, our shelter is a welcome respite designed to be a safe place to eat, sleep, and shower at no cost.
